Whilst we hold some stock, we generally pour to order.

As we pour mostly to order, we aim to despatch orders within 15 working days, excluding weekends. Any delays will be notified.

Payment can be made at point of order or we can invoice when ready for despatch.

Collection is always welcome if you're able to do so.

We only recommend the use of Colorobbia Dipping Glaze with our products.

We only recommend use of Colorrobia clear glaze with our products which is industry standard and our clay body is manufactured with Colorrobia Slip.

We would recommend that you run tests first. Sadly, the Colorrobia Slip does not play well with some of the Mayco Elements or Jungle Gems. If you would like us to run tests, please request a 'test' item when placing your order. We will happily provide this free of charge!
