By Using our Website you agree to be bound by "Big Bisque's Terms and Conditions of Business. All Goods and Services are provided in accordance with the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 (which amended the Sale of Goods Act 1979) within the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom and Wales.

Limitation of Liability except as specifically stated on this site, neither Big Bisque nor any of its Directors, Employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, included (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

The display of goods on our website amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated. No contract for the suply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and Big Bisque until an acknowledgement is sent by us confirming that your order has been accepted and is ready for payment.

Once your order is ready for despatch we shall provide you with full payment information. Payment can be made by bacs or by card however order will not be despatched until payment has been made in full and cleared funds are available if paying by cheque. Courier charges will be advised at the point of invoice and are dependent on the size and weight of each individual order.

A Bit About Us
As many of you will know our ethos here at Big Bisque is to provide the unique and unusual. We make many of our own moulds and indeed are now working hand in hand with Bruce McNally a brilliant sculptor to bring more of the "unique" to Big Bisque. Bruce has had along and distinguished career with Disney and other major film producers. You will have seen Bruce's work many times on the TV, although you may not necessarily know it.
We also aim to bring you licenced products which can only be purchased from us exclusively. Wallace and Gromit and Shaun the Sheep are firm favourites already. Pudesy bear is rolled out annually, but as you know this is only sold to help raise much needed funds for BBC Children in Need. We are always actively pursing other Licences to grow this section of our business.
